Congratulations, you’re ready to sell your home & you came to the right place, I have great confidence in our brand and you can too. I’m proud to be your sales agent my company demands excellence from its agents at every level.

Get Organized Gather pertinent information related to your property, the deed, mortgage status, upgrade and improvement receipts, a 'field card' from your local municipality and check for accuracy. We suggest you speak with your lender and tax expert for advice in those areas.

Experience Our approach is the result of a decade of experience not only as Brokers, but as Landlords, Property Managers, Restorers & Resellers, and Mortgage Specialists as well. Few other Brokers can offer our depth & breadth of experience in ALL facets of closing the sale.

Marketing Some of the spectacular ways we market your property to attract the maximum number of ready-to- Buyers do not want to deal with high-pressure salespeople. All too often, real estate agents do not find out what is really important to the prospective buyer and instead ignore important buying signals. When a buyer views your home, should they deal with agents who micro-focus on woodwork, heating system and kitchen countertops when the buyer is mainly concerned with down payment and closing costs? We are an experienced authority that can address buyers' concerns, and do not offer them the pithy, "I don't know, ask your banker," which can often kill a deal. Our marketing strategy utilizes this plus many other innovative, aggressive methods to drive buyers to your home, including free reports, fax on demand, and attractive financing.

We co-broke with other agent whether they are affiliated with MLS or not.

Prepare your property for sale getting your property ready to be viewed by buyers is done in three steps: evaluate, schedule, and complete. Our sales associates are trained to have a critical eye and will evaluate your home to making recommendations. Review our Sellers Checklist for a more guided approach.

Access is essential Homes that don’t get shown don’t get sold. And many foreclosures and short sale listings are vacant, so they can be shown anytime. Don’t make it difficult for agents to get their clients into your home – if they have to make appointments way in advance, or can only show it during a very restrictive time frame, they will likely just cross your place off the list and go show the places that are easy to get into.

Understand the offer process your sales associate will explain the offer process customary to the purchase region and will recommend you to have a real estate lawyer for representing you through the legalities of the closing process.

We look forward to hearing from you!   (914) 372 - 1404
